This week's highlight: v0.2.10 went live on MainNet. Here's everything that shipped.

v0.2.10 Upgrade (PR #695, merged Feb 18). The upgrade activated at block height 2,590,000. Key changes: - PoC sampling optimization: O(N²) → O(N×N_SLOTS), cutting validation compute by ~60% for large validator sets - Qwen3 tool calling support — validators can now serve function-calling requests natively - IBC upgraded to v8.7.0 for cross-chain compatibility
Bounty Program (PR #732, #745). Two PRs established the bounty framework: proposed bounties added to README (#732, merged Feb 11) and bounties for previous upgrade PR reviews (#745, merged Feb 16). Reviewers who submitted detailed feedback on v0.2.8 and v0.2.9 upgrade PRs are now eligible for retroactive rewards.

IBC Support (#615). Work continues on IBC pool implementation for native cross-chain token transfers. This complements the Ethereum bridge by enabling Cosmos ecosystem interoperability.
